Chuck,
I have been out of commission for a while, but I am back now and wanted to welcome you to the Genealogical Ephemera Group. I also wanted to let you know how much I have enjoyed reading your Blog Page.
Kyle
I like your label in the shape of New Mexico. I have one of Illinois, also green foil. The textbook I found it in was dated 1959. I wonder if other state-shaped labels exist.
I just wondered in today off a link, maybe on Marty Weil's blog. I think I saw this a long time ago, but there wasn't much here yet. I'll probably dump some of my better images here to help things along later today. Maybe tomm., since I'm pretty sure my office will close for the ice storm that's starting.
Thanks Chuck for the welcoming words and I just checked out your blog re: The Autograph Library books in Christmas Cove Maine . What a great story! that would make a nice feature piece for a magazine article tying it in with Christmas and the spirit of giving of ones self year round not just during Christmas/holiday time. I look forward to participating in the group.
Yes - we shall share stories someday soon about our the things we like to collect. I must be careful though - my house isn't that big, lol and I've learned from past mistakes that one must have room or a room to keep things in good condition. I also love old books and I started reading one recently about Mata Hari and then I got one on the industrial revolution by a highly educated man who went against his peers to write about Russia many years ago. Anyway, I just really wanted to comment back to you quickly as I'm recovering from a severe sinus infection. I'm sorry if this isn't the most exciting comment and it seems so disjointed but I've had a kinda disappointing day ;(. But, being every hopeful - tomorrow will be better, lol! Have a very Merry Holiday my new friend and it's great hearing from you!
Thanks for the kind words about my site, Chuck. Yes, reelclassics.com is a good one, a similar one you might like for classic film stars yourself is Brad Lang's Classic Movies at http://www.classicmovies.org/. I love well done classic movie sites such as those two, so often you Google a classic film star and get back the same material over and over. Sites with original material are to be celebrated. Thanks again, Cliff
Thanks for the reply Chuck. Yes, your aerospace/space travel ephemera is similar to my holography ephemera in that it may take 100 years to become truly sought after collectible paper.
Nice site, would love to exchange links with you, just check out my page where I have my links urls for people to add their links. Would also love to exchange blog links with you. Let me know if you would like to do that also.
Welcome to the community, great to have you aboard. Fascinating range of interest. I notice you are a book seller, so if you ever come across anything written by Richard Henry Stanton or Henry Thompson Stanton please let me know. These were my 4th and 5th grandfathers and I am always looking for there writings.
Hi Chuck, welcome aboard, pretty recent member here myself. I'm intrigued by your background as I was pretty similarly all over the place myself, probably spending the most time with baseball cards and collectibles, but also collecting books, comic books, stamps, and more over the years. Right now I'm mostly a seller specializing in Vintage Movie Collectibles and general Magazine Back Issues each for the better part of the past decade now...the collecting journey always seems to open new doors!
Have added your blog to my feed reader, who knows, Biblioephemera could be a future stop!
Hello Chuck, and welcome to the group. I just added your blog to my own blog listing. Would be interested in seeing any of your aerospace ephemera should you post any photos.

That's about 100 of them as that's the limit I could post.

I have created book plates. I am wondering if I could have a copy of the Italian billhead with the bookplate included - no. 24 of your images. Please.
