Buck, and a 5-page business directory. Publisher's half burgundy morocco over green cloth boards, front cover stamped in blind and gilt, rear cover stamped in blind. Spine worn with some tears, some wear to edges and rubbing to panels, apparent insect damage to front free endpaper and last 6 pages of text (not affecting text) and rear endleaves. Map colors still vivid, without foxing or soiling. Overall, very good. Estimate: $600 - up. Included in Heritage Auctions’ Rare Books Auction #6085, April 11-12, 2012, in New York.
