Hi All, I have recently come in to possession of what I believe is part of the original design essay for the Maryland Tercentenary 3c stamp. This is one of the designs, by Michael Miller, which was rejected. Printed in black, the impression measures 4.3cm x 2.2cm. Is there any way I could identify it as an original? I have attached 2 images for peoples opinion.

Thanks Paul

Hello All!  I am not a stamp collector, but I do collect Postal History. I have a Cinderella Stamp that I am researching. It is a Local by Jacques Krebs, who founded the New York Stamp Exchange in 1888. I am wondering if anyone can tell me more about it.  Jeff
