Hello Dave and thank you for the welcome. We try to preserve everything, the storage of the sheet music is a nightmare and we are hoping to digitise everything in due course. I collected a hugh amount of images and info on Vaughn deLeath but it got wiped from my PC...including the 9 chapters i had written and that just about set the tone for the last12 months.I have just about dared put my head above the parapet again and am going about the painstaking task of reconstructing my work. Happy to swap images and source material from the UK for others when time permits

First off, welcome to TEN. Secondly, I find your day job fascinating! Do you keep the sheet music itself, or are you just interested in the images?

Hello, I am new, so hope it is OK just to post here ? I am researching Vaughn de Leath and am looking for images from sheet music and I am also with Document Records www.document-records.com We try to preserve old sheet music and 78s. and certainly anything pre-war Jazz and Blues related. Very happy I found this site

Folks - This is what I do with sheet music: http://oldpaperart.blogspot.com/2009/06/first-cup-of-fascination.html

Lots of possibilities for art work, either your own or for someone else. I would be willing to take any sheet music published between 1890 and 1945 and give it a second life.

I just inherited a load of old sheet music (1890 - 1960) almost all single popular songs of their era. Most of this I do not want, but I want it to go to good homes.
Any ideas?

I'm in the process of uploading my personal collection of sheet music with "moon" in the song title.

I'd enjoy knowing what others in this group collect.
