Thankyou both very much for your input. I'm thinking now the front sides are linen press. I at least have a starting point

They look like the little cards you'd find in little mini folders as travel souvenirs. They often recycle images used on postcards, but are not really postcards. No comment on rarity.

It kind of resemble this old 1898 Hawaii post card I got. It is said to be very rare.
I have had it for years. I got in Canada back in 1971.

Can anyone help me identify the catergory these cards are and a years produced. They measure 3.5" width 2.25" height and the paper on front is like thick resume stock with cross hatched pattern. While the paper on the reverse side is smooth. Any help would be appreciated

Hello!
I have a large collection of Postcards and would appreciate any advice on them. I am not a collector myself and so I don't know all the terminology used to describe them. Some are from the early 1900's and were sent by the same man as he traveled around the world after World War 1.

They can be viewed in my booth under Postcards-Antique,Vintage...

Hello all,
I am new to the group.
I love old post cards. I have just a few, but they are hard to photograph.
This is one of my favorite and oldest. It's dated 1906 with a 2 cents stamp.
