THE EPHEMERA NETWORK

A Community Site for Anyone and Everyone Interested in Ephemera

A reader of my blog has posted the following comment on an article I wrote about vintage postcards.

Perhaps a member of this group has some interest and would like to contact the individual.

I have two photo albums filled with old postcards dating from 1907 and before. Most have 1-cent stamps on them and appear to have been written
to a young girl in San Francisco. Some have photo fronts and others have
artwork. I have no interest in collecting postcards and want to sell
the ones I have, but have no idea how to go about it. Should I contact a
broker, go on eBay, or what?

Read this blog to see his full comments:

I am not sure if his contact details will show up in the comments section of my blog.. if not, let me know that you are interested and I'll forward his contact info.

I'm amazed that you are the only one who expressed any interest. You may be his only potential customer.

It may be others on this network are busy doing others things- the weather hear in Oregon has been so nice, we all get out and do all of a yard work and to get ready for gardens.

I will be leaving for Calif. in a day so -- I plane be gone for a week. I hope to find some vintage paper items.
