Here is an example of a 19th century Rebus calling card. Can anyone guess what it means?

Hi Jeff, what a great 'novelty'. These transparent calling cards use the same technique as the translucent playing cards produced in the same era. They looked like ordinary playing cards but if hold to the light they revealed hidden pictures of certain kind. Some playing cards showed additional visuals like a king suddenly being licked by a women or even a dog and a queen hiding a secret lover under her dress. I never came across calling cards like that. Thanks!

Hello Everyone! Just asking if anyone has info about "Transparent" or "Hold-To-The-Light" novelty calling cards from the late 1800's. I have enclosed scanned photos.  Thanks!....Jeff

Alright everybody. I've got a dandy!! I have in my possession a business card for a lady body-builder. Free for the taking, to whomever can best explain why it needs to be included in their collection. Hi, Frank and everyone. I've been absent for a loooong time; life got in the way, pesky interloper that it is. I'm hoping to make this wonderful site more a part of things. One of my interests has been biz cards and communications (i.e., letters and such). When my father was leaving electrical engineering to follow his true passion (printing, who'da thunk it) he started by baking raised-lettering biz cards in the kitchen oven at home. I wish I'd stolen one of every set he printed/cooked. I'm doing my best to grab this stuff now when I can, including some made-up cards. More on that later...
