MLB Old Sketch/ Drawing Board for Gumball Bank

Does anyone know where I can find the value of an MLB item? I have an old Sketch/Creation of an MLB “Time Out” Gumball Header. This is the actual sketch and drawing board with several overlapping pages for a new product they were making for gumball machines. I don’t know where I need to contact to get the value info….any ideas?

I have not listed this on my Bonanzle page until I know the value and history. If you would like more pics let me know :)
