Need Info and Pricing for Chromolithograph, signed by Louis Agassiz Fuertes

I have done a fair bit of research on the artist. He has works in the Smithsonian. I have several chromolithographs of birds from his works, "Birds of New York" Circa 1914. I believe these to be signed and original, but could use some help with fair pricing. I have seen some reproductions/ reprints of these items selling for $45 each.
